10 Km in RIO
Sunday ran the 10 Km of Rio in the "parque do Flamengo", perfect place to train (not only run also bike or just swim in the beach around), the problem is the summer arrives in Rio and 39 Cº is to much specially for my feets.

I appears in the intranet of the CORIO. Like Andy Warhol said each one of us has 5 minutes of fame ;)
Return to competition
After alot of time i retrun to competition. 18 Km in Belho Horizonte, around a lake, the race was very flat but extremely humid. I finsh in 1hour 19 minutes and very fresh with the sensation to run more at the same speed.
And after the race the recompense. Thanks to all the Casar family for the hospitality and the sweets
