La Merce
LAst sunday i ran the popular race of "La Merce" in Barcelona 10 KM. The race is quite interesting because is in the center of Barcelona and is a good oportunity to see the city from other prespective. A Lot of people running so as usual i can not run at the begining of the race (I did 20:45 in the first 5Km and 19:00 in the second 5 Km). At the end 39:45 in the normal speed.
Turin Marathon
Last year i run the Torino Marathon in 2:38 and still i am in the Spanish federation web site :)
This is my best race in all my life after 4 months of hard training, killing diet and don't drink Coca-Cola, i Did it.
Twister
Last week in Barcelona, we have the same quantity of water than 1/3 of a normal year. Even we have a twister. Cagate lorito!!!
